Performance and Mindfulness
Our approach is built on the principles of PACE (patience, awareness, control, empathy) and mindfulness. We will enhance the development of a particular set of skills through practice, exercises, and skill comprehension. Relatability and experience is what we hang our hat on and we combine this with research and analytics.

Great performance requires the discipline to stay the course. Patience teaches us to embrace the process, trust the timing, and stay committed to consistent growth.

Awareness is the foundation of peak performance--it sharpens our focus, reveals opportunities, and ensures we remain present and adaptable in every moment

Mastering control means understanding what you can influence and letting go of what you can't. It's about channeling energy into deliberate actions that drive consistent and meaningful success.

Empathy enhances performance by fostering strong connections, understanding diverse perspectives, and creating a sense of unity that drives collective achievement.

What Our Clients Say

Rasir Bolton, 2nd year Pro
"My experience with Rese has been everything I could ask for. The relationship we've built over the last few years has been huge for my overall development as a person and a basketball player. From watching him as a young kid to growing up and being able to call him for advice whenever I need has been real full circle moment for me. He helps me navigate the ups and downs of being overseas, technical issues with basketball, and life advice about situations off the court. He's a true big brother in every sense of the term and I look forward to every summer, being able to grow on and off the court. We talk a lot about decisions and being clear in my thoughts to make the best choices. It's something I'm continuing to develop and be consistent with."

Darius Bivins, Bishop O'Connell 26'
"Coach Tyrese Rice has done so much for me, both on and off the basketball court. He's not just a mentor; he's someone I can count on whenever I'm going through something mentally. Whether it's a text or a call, he's always there to help me work through whatever's on my mind. On the court, his guidance is unmatched. I still remember when he worked me out for just three days - it felt like I learned more in those three days than I had in months before. he taught me how to break down the game, improve my pace and reads, and play with confidence. Honestly, he's been a blessing in so many ways."

Erick Neal, 6th Year Pro
"I have known Tyrese for some years now. We became connected through a mutual friend and have been locked in ever since. Rese is someone who has taken the same path as I have in playing basketball overseas. So when I need advice or someone to talk to, I would call him because I know he has probably been through it. Not only do I talk to him about basketball, but about life also. Tyrese is someone whose opinion I really value because I know the type of guy he is. He is an all-around leader in everything he does, and I'm looking forward to growing our relationship even more than it is." now.
